Fill out the online or offline application form with accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
Depending on the programme, appear for the entrance test or a personal interview scheduled by the admissions team.
Shortlisted candidates are notified via email/SMS. Download or collect your official admission offer letter.
Submit original documents including Class 10/12 mark sheets, ID proof, passport photo, and any relevant certificates.
Complete the fee payment to confirm your seat. Collect your student ID and report on the designated joining date.

Awarded to students who score 90% or above in their qualifying examination. Renewable each year based on academic performance.
For students from economically weaker backgrounds. Requires submission of income certificate and supporting documents.
For students who have represented their state or district in recognised sports events. Proof of participation required.
Available for siblings of current students or children of Hillsinai alumni. Applicable on tuition fees only.
For students who complete admission and fee payment within one month of the admission notification date.
For students with disabilities, subject to submission of a valid disability certificate from a recognised authority.

We believe financial constraints should never stand in the way of a student's education. Hillsinai offers flexible payment and financing options to ease the burden on students and families.
We have tie-ups with leading nationalised and private banks to facilitate education loans with minimal documentation. Our admissions team will guide you through the loan application process.
Annual fees can be paid in 2 or 3 instalments (semester-wise or term-wise) at no extra cost. The payment schedule is provided at the time of admission.
Fee payments via select credit cards are eligible for 6-month or 12-month zero-cost EMI options. Applicable on tuition fees above ₹20,000.
We assist students in applying for government scholarship schemes such as NSP (National Scholarship Portal), state government schemes, and SC/ST/OBC scholarship programmes.
